Exchange and Return Policy

At Berry Design, we strive to offer products of the highest quality and ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases.
All our products are made to order, giving customers the opportunity to personalize their items.
For this reason, once an order is confirmed, products cannot be exchanged or returned.

1.1 Exchange Period

• Exchanges are only accepted in cases where there was an error in the order made by Berry Design, or if the product presents a defect. In such cases, the customer may request an exchange for a product with the same characteristics as the one originally purchased.

1.2 Exchange Conditions

• The product must be in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• In the case of wallpapers, any claim must be made within 10 days from the date of purchase, and the product must not have been installed. Once the wallpaper has been applied, no claims will be accepted. We recommend checking the wall measurements carefully, as when additional rolls are needed, there may be slight variations in paper batches and ink tones.
• The receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

1.3 Exchange Procedure

• To initiate an exchange, please contact us at pedidosberry@berrydesign.us with your order number and reason for the exchange.
• Shipping costs for possible exchanges or returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Once the exchange is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your product.


Return Policy

2.1 Return Period

• You may request a return within 10 calendar days from the date of receiving your order, only in cases where the product has a defect or there was an error made by Berry Design during production.

2.2 Return Conditions

• The product must be in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• The receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
• Returns of customized or made-to-order products are not accepted, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors.
• Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the purchase date.

2.3 Return Procedure

• To initiate a return, contact us at carolina@berrydesign.com.ar with your order number, reason for return, and photos showing the defect.
• Shipping costs for possible exchanges or returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Once the return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your product.
• After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.


Defective or Incorrect Products

3.1 Reporting Defective or Incorrect Products

• If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 10 calendar days from the date of receipt.

3.2 Procedure

• Send us a photo of the defective or incorrect item along with a brief description of the issue to pedidosberry@berrydesign.us
• Wallpapers cannot be exchanged or returned once installed.
• Once the return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your product.
• Shipping costs for possible exchanges or returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Upon receiving and inspecting the product, we will either send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund, according to your preference.

• Shipping costs for exchanges and returns will be covered by Berry Design only in cases of shipping errors.
